A message from our president

“Deliver the finest (MAX) craft (ART).”
This is where our name comes from, and it has not changed since the company began.

Calling our work “craft” may sound grand for a company that supports back-office operations. But we believe craft is anything that moves the person receiving it. When something comes back better than expected, people act. Even a single line of data entry, even one corrected drawing — the care put into it reaches the other side. That is the standard we work to.

Japan is facing a serious shortage of people. There is work, but no one to do it. Companies with the skills and the customers are closing down anyway. We have seen this many times.

That is why our policy is “support Japanese companies with the strength of Asia, so their business continues and grows.” Continuity comes before growth. Before talking about expansion, a business first has to be able to keep going.

In Vietnam and Indonesia there are people who study Japanese and take Japanese work seriously. Combining their capability with management on the Japanese side lets us restore operations that no longer work with domestic staffing alone. That is our role.

Much has changed since we founded the company in 2006, and AI is now part of the toolkit. What has not changed is the commitment to put the best possible quality into each individual piece of work.

If anything is troubling you, please get in touch.
We will do everything we can to help your business continue, and grow.

Why MAXART

Not outsourcing. A managed team.

Offshore work fails when instructions cross the border unfinished. We shape the work in Japan first.

01
Quality owned in Japan

A Japanese project manager designs the workflow, translates and structures instructions, checks output and manages deadlines. You never coordinate with the offshore team directly.

02
A dedicated team without hiring

Recruitment cost, training time and turnover risk become a monthly fee you can scale up or down as workload changes.

03
Start with one person, one task

We do not build a large structure on day one. Confirm the results on a small scope first, then widen it.

04
Two hours apart

Vietnam and Indonesia sit two hours behind Japan. Work sent in the morning can come back the same day.

Start with a free consultation.

We map your current workload and identify what can be handled offshore.
No need to have the scope defined beforehand.
