Questions we hear most often before a project starts.
Do your staff speak Japanese?
Our delivery staff read, write and take instructions in Japanese. A project manager in Japan also structures the instructions and reviews the output. English-language projects are equally supported.
How do you handle data security?
We sign a non-disclosure agreement, restrict access rights and specify the working environment as standard. Additional rules are designed case by case depending on how sensitive the data is.
Is there a minimum contract or headcount?
You can start with one person and one task. Confirm the results during the pilot before deciding whether to widen the scope.
We have not defined the scope yet.
That is the normal starting point. During the free consultation we map your workload and identify what can move offshore. There is no charge at this stage.
Can you handle work that requires a licence?
Design decisions, structural judgements and final approval must be made by your own qualified staff. We handle drafting support, documentation, organisation and operational support.
What does it cost?
Roughly JPY 200,000–250,000 per person per month for administrative work, and JPY 350,000–450,000 for specialist work such as CAD, QA or web operations. Teams of two or more are quoted individually.
